About
I learned early what real performance means — not through more effort, but through focus, discipline, and mental strength. That early lesson from competitive swimming has followed me into every organization I've worked in since.
Over the past decade, I've held leadership roles at the intersection of product, technology, and people: as Director of Global Product Development at MAM Baby, where I led the product development in the R&D with direct leadership responsibility for 20 employees. As Product Owner at George Labs and UNIQA Insurance Group — building products used by millions.
The common thread: complex environments, real accountability, and the conviction that how people lead and collaborate determines whether strategy turns into execution — or doesn't.
Today I'm the founder of marora — a consultancy built on that conviction.
What I Stand For
Business success starts with people.
Not as a nice-to-have. As the foundation. In every role I've held — from product to organizational development — the decisive factor was never the framework. It was the ownership, judgement and leadership of the people inside it. I learned that first in sport. I've seen it confirmed everywhere since.
Long-term over short-term.
Frameworks fade. Rituals empty out. The transformations that actually held were the ones where people shifted — in how they think, how they lead, and how they work together. That takes time. And it's worth it.
From doing to being.
Whether in agile, product, or organizational change: the real work is not the method. It's the mindset behind it and a hands-on mentality — and the willingness to look and tackle challenges.

End-to-end responsibility for global product development — from project scoping and resource planning to steering development processes across the full lifecycle. People leadership for an interdisciplinary team of ~20, with full budget ownership. Led a company-wide agile transformation across R&D, production, product management, and sales — including design, implementation, and continuous improvement of agile methods, governance models, and organizational structures. Co-designed and rolled out an enterprise-wide performance management system across global operations.
